A new milestone in cylinder manufacture – cooperation with an industry-leading food company
We are proud to announce the completion of an exceptional manufacturing project – we have produced two pneumatic cylinders of impressive size for a renowned food industry company. This represents not only a major step forward in our technological advancement, but also proof of the trust and recognition of our quality.
The manufactured cylinders feature:
- piston diameter: 200 mm,
- stroke: 800 mm,
- robust, thoughtfully engineered construction ensuring reliability and long service life.
These were among the largest cylinders we have produced to date – this project is a testament to our competence and production flexibility.

Precision cleaning with an ultrasonic washer
In recent days, we ultrasonically cleaned as many as 500 components at Vanax. This was made possible thanks to our professional ultrasonic washer, which recently underwent a thorough technical service. The result? Perfect cleanliness, improved efficiency, and repeatable processes that met the most demanding quality standards.
Why use ultrasonic technology in industrial cleaning?
Ultrasonic cleaning is one of the most effective methods for precisely cleaning complex components with hard-to-reach spaces and strict cleanliness requirements. Ultrasonic waves generated in the cleaning bath (with a specially selected ultrasonic cleaning fluid) create cavitation, which efficiently removes contaminants such as oils, chips, greases, or post-processing residues.
Professional washer service – even better cleaning results
Our ultrasonic washer recently underwent a comprehensive service at Vanax, covering:
- calibration of the ultrasonic generator,
- replacement of heating elements,
- cleaning and maintenance of the tank,
- inspection and software update for the controller.
Thanks to these improvements, the ultrasonic cleaning device now operates even more efficiently, with greater precision and parameter stability, directly translating into cleaning quality.
Cleanliness confirmed – 500 times yes to ultrasonics!
All 500 ultrasonically cleaned components that went through this process were thoroughly checked for cleanliness and met rigorous quality standards. The cleaning was performed in controlled conditions using an appropriately selected cleaning agent and optimized temperature and time parameters.

Dear Customers,
From April 1st, we are introducing a new, more attractive price list for our pneumatic cylinders. Thanks to restructuring efforts in production and fruitful negotiations with business partners, we can now offer you even more competitive prices.
The new price list covers our PREMIUM line of cylinders, manufactured in compliance with ISO 6431 (HDM and UDM series), ISO 6432 (ODM series), as well as the ECO line following ISO 6431 (GSI/FSI series) and ISO 6432 (TSI series). We offer you a wide range of cylinder diameters from 16 to 200 mm.
For years, our cylinders have been known for outstanding workmanship, comparable to the best available designs on the market. In addition, we guarantee very short delivery times, even for special orders.
We also offer special cylinder designs and comprehensive pneumatics and hydraulics service, including regeneration of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.
Our services also include production (crimping) and repair of hydraulic hoses, as well as ultrasonic cleaning (including metal inserts for hydraulic filters).
